Hi, I'm Jesse. I've taken an unconventional path to HR—starting as a teacher, then spending years as a software engineer at startups like Riipen and Borrowell, before finding my calling in people operations.

Over the last 8+ years, I've helped people and organizations find clarity in complexity. As an HR leader at fast-growing SaaS companies like Loopio, Omnipresent, and Whereby, I've coached 14+ leaders, supported teams of 90+ engineers, and built performance frameworks for 400+ employees.
